Creating A Teams Meeting on Rockspace

  1. Go to the course you want to create a link for.
  2. Click on at the bottom of the left side menu.
  3. Sign into Teams if asked to do so.
  4. Click on
  5. Give your meeting a title
  6. Click
  7. Click Copy to copy the meeting link
  8. Click to go back to your course home page
  9. On the far-right side, next to “Upcoming”, click
  10. In the box that opens:
    1. Enter the appropriate date for the class meeting
    2. Enter a title, including the meeting time, for the class
    3. Paste the meeting link into the description box
    4. Click create
  11. To join/start the meeting on Teams clink on your Rockspace calendar.
  12. If you have linked classes, you can use this same link to meet with each of your classes, but you need to create a calendar event with the link for each class.
