1. Open the Vivi app:
   1. You can double-click the Vivi icon that should be on your desktop
   2. You can also locate the program via your Start Menu
        Start > Vivi > Vivi App
2. When asked if you are looking for Trinity High School, select yes.
3. Choose Log In
4. Sign in using your Trinity email and password. Please make sure to use the same password that you have for logging into your THS provided laptop!

5. Click Trinity High School and you will be shown a list of rooms at Trinity where Vivi has been installed.
   1. NOTE 1: You can search for a room by the Room Number
   2. NOTE 2: Vivi will automatically show you rooms near your location where Vivi is available
   3. NOTE 3: You can favorite your classroom or another room by clicking on the star to the right of the name of the room.
6. You can also see a list of favorited rooms on the right hand side. 
7. Follow these steps to connect to a room.
   1. Click on the room in Vivi
   2. Enter the four-digit room code displayed on the projector or TV screen in the room
   3. Click Submit

8. You should now see a dashboard with several options for your use.
9. Click Share Screen  

10. Sharing will begin automatically.
    ** Please note that whatever screen that your application is open on, that is the screen that will be displayed! Make sure to move the application window to the correct screen that you wish to share with your class! **
11. You should see the Vivi task bar at the top of your screen.
    1. Notice you can pause sharing. This acts like freezing the screen.
    2. You can also click on the right arrow to access the ‘Movie Mode’. This is extremely helpful when sharing DVD Videos!
    3. The ‘Hide’ button will hide the tool bar – it is accessible by clicking on the Vivi Icon on the bottom of your screen/ toolbar.
12. In addition to Share Screen, you also have options to:
    1. Play Video – This is helpful with YouTube videos, as it will “cut out” the commercials for you!
    2. Whiteboard – acts as a general whiteboard to sketch/ draw on.
    3. Give Student Control – requires students to have Vivi app (link found on trinity.rocks)
    4. Clocks and Timers
    5. Screenshot (mostly for student use)
    6. Assessment – most helpful with Pop Quizzes/ Check for Knowledge
    7. Polls – general user input and feedback for class
13. If you make use of the assessment and polls features you will need this link (https://trinity.admin.vivi.io) to access the results of student responses. Login using your Trinity username and password.
